The FIA is currently analyzing an official complaint regarding Christian Horner’s situation in what appears to be a never-ending story.
The Red Bull team principal was at the center of an investigation led by an independent barrister after a female employee accused him of inappropriate behavior. In the end, Horner was cleared, and the matter seemed over.
However, the female employee who seemed to have been suspended by Red Bull, decided to appeal, thus making this situation even more complicated for the Milton Keynes-based outfit.
Even though the FIA didn’t confirm any complaint, it seems that this employee also said that, as Motorsport.com reported, “there has been a potential breach of motor racing’s code of conduct”. Should this be confirmed to be true, the FIA might want to get more involved in the investigation and take the matter into its own hands.
The FIA’s statement reads that no further comments will be made in case new complaints will be received from any parties.
