Ferrari will be adding another two important figures to its roster, as Loic Serra and Jerome d’Ambrosio will join the team on 1 October.
Serra will be covering the role of head of chassis performance engineer and will report directly to Enrico Cardile, the technical chief director. Meanwhile, d’Ambrosio will work as deputy team principal to Fred Vasseur, as Motorsport.com reports.
Ferrari is continuing its efforts of adding significant, key people to the team to go back to winning ways after a long drought that sees the Italian team unable to win a driver or constructors’ championship since 2007 and 2008.
Both former Mercedes employees have already worked with Lewis Hamilton, who will join the team in 2025 and will reunite with him in Maranello.
