AIX Investment Group announces acquisition of PHM Racing

German-based team PHM Racing has been rebranded after a full takeover was announced by the Dubai financial group AIX Investment Group.

This acquisition is completed under the program ‘We Are The Future’, which intends to promote a partnership between sports and development.

“Our vision for AIX Racing transcends mere ownership; it embodies a commitment to excellence, innovation, and success,” said Morne Reinecke, CEO of the ‘We Are The Future’ initiative.

This is the team’s third name change since 2022 after the former PHM bought out stakes from the Charouz team.

Dubai-based AIX gradually climbed onto the top of the ladder within junior single-seaters. Firstly AIX joined as the title sponsor of the PHM.

AIX is involved in the F2 program and across various other single-seater categories such as Formula 3, Formula Regional Middle East and the Central European Zone, Italian, European and United Arab Emirates Formula 4 championships.
