Christian Horner said that he doesn’t care about all the chaos and media drama surrounding him lately, and he is only “focused on racing” and delivering good results for Red Bull.

Horner was at the center of an investigation after that a female employee accused him of inappropriate behavior. An independent barrister led the investigation and cleared the Britton of any wrongdoing.

However, ahead of the Bahrain GP weekend, an anonymous email reached many media outlets, and F1, and FIA figures containing alleged evidence of the investigation regarding Horner. Its aim was probably to put Horner in a bad spot. However, the veracity of those files hasn’t been confirmed.

Following what has happened, Jos Verstappen also stated that Horner is causing problems for Red Bull, and is creating tension inside the team.

Despite all of this, the Red Bull team principal said that even though what is going on hasn’t been pleasant for him, he is fully focused on the team and his family.

“Obviously, it’s not been pleasant, some of the unwanted attention, but the focus is now very much on the cars,” he said.

“My focus has very much been on what’s going on track. And the result [of the Bahrain GP] I think demonstrates where the whole team’s focus is. And we move onwards.

“My focus is on this team, my family, my wife, and going racing. I have the support of an incredible family, with an incredible wife and an incredible team. And everybody within that team. My focus is on going racing and winning races and doing the best that I can.”
